It has been conquered. Seen at sunset, seen at sunrise, climbed, and walked partially around. No pictures yet. I think it takes the record for largest amount of pictures so far though.
Also conquered the Olgas. Yes... I have a namesake in Australia. Amazing rock formations about 40km from Uluru (Ayers Rock). Same amazing color, but many of them, and there is the ability to walk between them with them towering over you. I might even like them more than the Rock.
Have surrendered the amazing thing that was my car, and will be stuck on a bus tomorrow for the journey to King's Canyon. But now driving in Australia does not sound nearly as scary.
